Hi, I am Alex Novotna 2x bikini bodybuilding champion of Slovakia and 2x vice champion of the European Championship
I started training at home during Covid, at that time my love for training grew. I started getting into weight lifting. Sooner or later it drove me to find my main purpose of what I really wanted to get out of training. And that was to get a bigger butt….
This goal of mine somehow turned into me winning multiple championship. So now I use my experience to help people like you who share the same goals as I did.

How long will it take to see glute hypertrophy?
It depends on factors such as genetics, training history, and nutrition. If we check all the boxes, and if we are in a perfect situation, then you should see noticeable results in 3 – 6 months, that is, if you have at least 1-2 years or less of consistent weight lifting experience.
Is this for beginners?
Yes, Coach Alex teaches beginners how to structure their nutrition and teaches them proper exercise technique. As well as perform exercise form review videos.
